A man was swiftly arrested by Redcar and Cleveland Response officers after police received reports of an ongoing break-in.
Officers attended the Norman Conquest pub in Normanby at 6.15am this morning (Tuesday 11th February) and arrested a 47-year-old man on suspicion of attempted burglary.
He currently remains in police custody for questioning.
