A number of cannabis plants were located by Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team officers at an address on Overdale Road on Sunday 16th February.
A man aged 20 was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis and bailed whilst enquiries continue. A male aged 42 was interviewed and summonsed to court.
A 23-year-old man wanted on an unrelated warrant was remanded in custody.
