Officers are appealing for information to try and locate a potential witness after it was reported that a car was damaged in Hartlepool.
The incident was reported to us shortly after 7.00pm on Wednesday 23rd July on Grange Street in Hartlepool.
Police attended the scene and arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of a Class B drug. He was bailed pending further enquiries.
Officers are keen to speak to a potential witness who was in the area at the time and may be able to assist with our ongoing enquires.
