A man has been arrested and charged after a motorbike reportedly failed to stop for Matrix officers in Hartlepool in the early hours of Thursday 24th July.
A pursuit followed during which the rider attempted to make off on foot, although a man was arrested nearby and the motorbike seized.
A 21-year-old man was charged with failing to stop, driving without due care and attention, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance. He is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on 7th August.
