A 28-year-old man has been charged with two counts of arson, following reported incidents on Raleigh Road and Hope Street, Stockton, both in the early hours of Monday 2nd June.
The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 11th June.
Another two men, a 15-year-old boy and one woman remain on police bail in connection with these reported incidents.
