The family of a 23-year-old man who sadly died following an incident at an address on Allerton Close in Hartlepool on Sunday 23rd November has today shared a tribute.
Mohammed Shaan Ali Rasul, who was also known as Shaan, sadly died inside the property.
In a statement, his sister said: “Our beloved brother Shaan. We can’t imagine the pain you suffered and can’t believe you are no longer here.
“You had the biggest heart a man could ever have, but our hearts are broken and heavy. We will love you forever, Our brother Shaan.”
A 22-year-old man was charged with murder and was remanded in custody to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday 25th November).
A 23-year-old man who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed with conditions while enquires continue.
