Do you know this man?
Officers are asking members of the public if they recognise the man in the image below by his clothing, as they need to check on his welfare following an incident in which someone may have been injured.
The incident happened on Hartington Road in Stockton on Sunday morning, 12th October.

Police received a report of a man cycling onto Hartington Road, coming from the direction of Dovecot Street, before running into an address carrying a hammer. He was wearing a red puffer jacket with the hood pulled up over his head.
The man left shortly afterwards, leaving the area by cycling in the direction of Dovecot Street.
Officers believe that the man may have been assaulted and injured and would urge him to get in touch to that they can check whether he has received medical attention and speak to him about the incident.
Anyone who recognises the man or who knows who this may be, or anyone with CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage of him, is asked to call 101 quoting reference SE25195893.
