Three-month-old baby boy sadly dies in hospital

A three-month-old baby boy has sadly died after emergency services were called to a property in Eston on Sunday 5th October.

The baby was taken to hospital in a critical condition but sadly passed away. Our thoughts are with the family of the baby during this very difficult time.

A 22-year-old man has been charged in connection and he currently remains in police custody.

The man is due to appear at Teesside Crown Court on Wednesday 5th November.
