The family of a two-year-old girl who sadly died following an incident on Hartington Close in Thornaby on Saturday 13th September has today shared a tribute.
Isabelle Rose Welsh was taken to hospital shortly afterwards where she very sadly passed away.
In a statement, her family said: “Rest in peace Isabelle, fly high little girl. Forever two.”
Her family are devastated by her death and have asked for privacy as they begin to grieve the unimaginable loss of a child.
Specialist officers are supporting the family and our thoughts remain with them at this very difficult time.
A 25-year-old woman has been charged with murder and causing/allowing the death of a child and a 21-year-old man has been charged with rape, murder and causing/allowing the death of a child.
They appeared in court on Friday 19th September and were remanded in custody until their next appearance at Teesside Crown Court on Thursday 6th November.
