Three boys have been detained after officers attended Lime Crescent in Hartlepool at around 4.35pm on Monday 16th February to make an arrest attempt.
Two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old were all arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a firearm. The 16-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary in relation to a separate incident.
A police presence will remain at the scene whilst our investigations continue but officers are not looking for anyone else.
