Officers are appealing for information and any witnesses following a collision involving a motorbike in Hartlepool.
The collision occurred at around 8.20pm on Sunday (21 June) on Kirriemuir Road in Hartlepool when it was reported that a motorbike collided with a garden wall.
The rider was taken to hospital with a number of fractures but thankfully his injuries were deemed not life-threatening.
It is believed the motorbike was removed from the scene before police arrival and officers are keen to trace the vehicle and would like to hear from anyone who saw anything.
A number of enquiries have been conducted in the area including speaking to locals and sourcing CCTV footage and officers are asking anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference number 120313.
