Brandon Dalkin, of Norton Road, was using a mobile phone to advertise the sale of the drugs to vulnerable customers.

The 26-year-old sent messages including ‘on 24hr ring’ ‘on best spice’ ‘ring on best stuff about by far’.
On Monday 8 June Dalkin appeared at Teesside Crown Court to be sentenced to 28 months after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and concerned in the supply of Spice.
During the hearing, the court heard how officers had become aware of the messages following an investigation into various drugs lines operating in Stockton.
Upon reading the messages, Dalkin was identified as the user of the device.
On Friday 9 January 2026 officers attended to a property on Norton Road in a bid to arrest Dalkin. While he wasn’t present at the address, officers were able to contact him and he was later arrested, interviewed and charged.
PC Swainston, from Stockton’s neighbourhood policing team, said: “Dalkin was caught and found to be supplying both class A and class B drugs to people in Stockton.
“The evidence collated following his arrest has led to him now being put behind bars.
“I want to take this opportunity to encourage members of the public to report drug activity that could be taking place in their neighbourhood. In doing so we can begin an operation and build on that information that will see more people like Dalkin put in prison.”
To report drug activity that could be taking place in your neighbourhood please either call 101 or visit Cleveland Police’s website.
