Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary that occurred on Cambridge Avenue, in Marton, Middlesbrough, this evening (Saturday 20th June).
Two male suspects are reported to have broken into a property around 7:30pm. Officers believe there may have been people in the area around the time of the incident.
Two men aged 22 and 48 have been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and they remain in police custody at this time.
Any witnesses, or anyone who may have information regarding the incident, are asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number 119499.
