A man was to appear at court at the weekend after being charged in connection with a burglary in Stockton.
Police received a report that a man had made off after forcibly breaking into an address on Hornbeam Walk on the afternoon of Friday 6th March.
Officers attended the scene and soon detained a 20-year-old man who was arrested, interviewed and charged with burglary.
He was remanded in custody until his appearance at Teesside Magistrates’ Court the following day.
