We’re appealing for information and any relevant footage after a collision involving an 18-year-old pedestrian and a Range Rover in central Middlesbrough last night (Friday 1st May).
It happened just after 10.50pm at the junction of Borough Road and Abingdon Road.
The teenage pedestrian sustained a fractured left ankle and he was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment.
Police have spoken to the driver and enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the collision are ongoing.
We would appeal for anyone who saw the collision or who has any relevant doorbell, dash cam or private CCTV footage to contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 065056.
