Report a vehicle without an MOT certificate
What this service is for
Use this service for reporting vehicles that don't have a current MOT certificate.
Please note: you can only report a vehicle with no MOT if it’s being used on a road.
Abandoned vehicles
This service is not for reporting abandoned vehicles. You can report abandoned vehicles to the council. If you think a vehicle might be abandoned, read our advice on what to do about this.
Before you start
You'll need:
- vehicle registration number
- make
- model
- colour
- location of the vehicle
We'll also ask you for:
- your name and contact details
If you do not want to give us your name, you can report this anonymously to Crimestoppers.
