Drug use and supply

We continue to work with partners, including those in the local authority, to target both drug dealing and drug use, especially where it involves the exploitation of vulnerable people. We utilise a broad range of powers to target those responsible and to bring them to justice, whilst also providing support and reassurance to those who become victims of exploitation.
We will continue to act on the intelligence provided by the public to reduce the harm that drugs cause in our communities.

Anti-Social Behaviour

We are aware of the ongoing issues caused by anti-social behaviour, and along with partner agencies including the local authority and housing we continue to adopt a problem-solving approach to combat this. We would like to to encourage the public to report incidents to police and partners, as we use this information to inform our problem solving and enforcement strategies and direct our resources.
We proactively target locations with a high prevalence of ASB within our communities and use a range of tactics including drone technology to identify and take appropriate action against those responsible, this can include both criminal powers and civil powers
