Drugs
Action taken:
This is a mainly occurring around Melsonby and Prior Flats. Also around Low Grange shops in the bus stops and outside Pizza shop.
During April, May and June we have received 1, 2 and 2 reports respectively, regarding drug issues in the Ward area. Drugs continue to be a focus for us and patrols / stop searches are conducted in known areas of drug activity.

Action taken:
The main areas for ASB within the ward is normally located around Neesham Avenue and around Knole Road. With the darker nights it appears groups of children are throwing stones at windows.
There have been a total of 198 ASB incidents reported in the Billingham East Ward in the 13 months from 01/06/25 to the end of 30/6/26. During this time there has been a general reduction in ASB reports. In June and July of last year there were 15 and 25 reports respectively. In April, May, June of this year there were 12, 9 and 15 reports of ASB.
PCSOs and PCs conduct regular patrols of these areas and take positive action where issues are identified. This will continue.
