The recruitment process
1. Application received - shortlisting
The hiring manager will review whether you have met the essential and desirable criteria as stated in the job description.
2. Interviews/assessment stage
If you have been shortlisted we'll be in touch to arrange an interview date and time.
Please see useful links which has documents that can help prepare for this next stage.
If your role requires any other form of assessment, such as a presentation, this will be included in your e-mail to let you know what you need to do to prepare for the day.
3. Pre-employment checks
This part of the process can take a number of weeks so please be patient.
This includes references checks, medical and vetting checks. For more information on vetting please see the FAQ section.
If any other form of check is required other than those stated, you will be informed of what this will entail.
4. Offer letters and contracts
You are at the final stage of our recruitment process, providing all your checks are clear you will receive an offer letter, contract and starter pack.
