An 18-year-old was remanded to prison yesterday after he appeared at court charged with several counts of assault.
Two men were arrested and cash, phones and a quantity of suspected heroin (a Class A drug) seized after a vehicle stop by Middlesbrough’s Proactive Team officers yesterday (Saturday 3rd May.)
Officers were called to Stainton Street in North Ormesby shortly before 8pm last night to a report of an altercation.
North Ormesby’s neighbourhood police officers were delighted to attend Middlesbrough Deaf Club earlier today to meet members (younger and older!) for their community coffee morning.
Detectives in Middlesbrough investigating a recent series of ram raids at commercial properties across the town arrested two men (34 and 38) at the weekend in connection with the incidents, which are being treated as linked.
