Our Neighbourhood Policing Teams are proud to police the area of Cleveland, which covers the districts of Hartlepool, Redcar and Cleveland, Stockton-on-Tees and Middlesbrough.
These teams are made up of police officers, police community support officers and special constables, and are supported by officers from other departments. They work to prevent crime, protect communities, tackle criminals and make sure those intent on causing our communities harm are stopped.
Our officers often run community drop-in events, and work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to shape our policing priorities for the area and find solutions to community problems.

ASB within the ward is one of the lowest within the district and the Neighbourhood Policing Teams (NPT) will continue to patrol the area to keep it this way. The area around Holyhead Drive field is still a magnet for nuisance bikes, causing issues and distress for residents. I have been and will continue to carry out high visibility patrols in and around the location to identify and deal with riders and look to seize bikes once stopped/located. I would encourage residents to provide as much information as possible as to the storage / location of nuisance bikes and possible rider identifications. This can be done anonymously through Crimestoppers if not through the police directly.
