Police in Stockton are warning of a potentially contaminated batch of street drugs.
Officers were called to Stockton library shortly after 1.30pm this afternoon (Friday 14th March), after a man had reported to a third party that he had been followed into the building by someone in possession of a weapon.
A 40-year-old man has been charged and detained to appear at court tomorrow after detectives from Stockton CID investigated a report of an attempted robbery on an 89-year-old man.
At around 10.30pm on Saturday night, Stockton NPT officers on mobile patrols in Hardwick stopped a car from being driven from the estate.
A man’s been remanded into custody after appearing at court charged in connection with a report of an attempted robbery on Christmas Eve.
