Anti Social Behaviour - Ormesby
Issued 26 May 2026
Ormesby: GREATER ESTON neighbourhood team continue to actively work with residents’ businesses and other partner agencies to tackle and reduce antisocial behaviour in the ward area. Officers are carrying out high visibility patrols in the area on foot and in vehicles particularly in hotspot areas of ASB. In the last three months there has been a rise in the amount of antisocial behaviour in the ward with this mostly being youth related. This has mainly been around the areas of Ormesby bank and Allendale Road. Patrols have been actively carried to around these areas to deter further incidents occurring. Calls for these areas has reduced however we are continuing to monitor the number of calls to appropriately allocate resources to these areas.
Ward PCSOs continue to issue AS13 warnings to those identified in causing antisocial behaviour in the local area and with assistance from the ASB officer from Redcar and Cleveland Borough council we have closed an address in Nunthorpe for continuous antisocial behaviour. This has been made possible by information provided to us by the local community and those who are concerned by any type of antisocial behaviour in the area.
