We’re appealing for the driver of a white BMW which was involved in a three-vehicle damage only collision at Teesside Park at the weekend to come forward.

We’re appealing for information and any relevant footage as enquiries continue into a two car RTC on Long Newton Lane, Eaglescliffe (at a narrowing of the road, near Coatham woods).
The rider of an off-road bike sustained multiple injuries in a collision in Billingham yesterday evening (Saturday 11th April).
Our specialist rural crime officers are reminding anyone living off mains gas with an alternative domestic fuel arrangement like oil or LPG, as well as farms storing fuels like red diesel, to protect their stocks.
Anti-social behaviour by youths
Throughout this period, ASB reports have reduced. During June and July 2025, there were 18 and 10 reported incidents respectively. More recently, April, May and June 2026 there have been recorded 2, 8 and 5 ASB incidents respectively, indicating a continuing demand for police attention within the area.
Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and Police Constables (PCs) regularly patrol identified hotspot locations and take positive action where issues are identified. These proactive patrols and engagement activities will continue in order to deter anti-social behaviour and address concerns raised by the community.
Drugs
During April, May and June we have received 0, 0 and 1 reports respectively, regarding drug issues in the Ward area. Drugs continue to be a focus for us and patrols / stop searches are conducted in known areas of drug activity.
Burglaries
There have been two reported burglaries in Ingleby Barwick South between 1st April and 30th June 2026.
Cleveland Police will continue to tackle burglary through targeted patrols in affected areas, proactive intelligence-led policing and the investigation of all reported offences. Officers will work closely with residents, housing providers and partner agencies to promote crime prevention measures, identify vulnerable properties and gather information on suspicious activity. Where offenders are identified, the Neighbourhood Policing Team will pursue positive action to bring them before the courts, while providing reassurance and crime prevention advice to help reduce future offences and keep communities safe.
