Nuisance motorbikes
Issued 26 May 2026
To identify those riding illegally in the community, we check CCTV within the area, and we also run regular dedicated patrols which are designed specifically to target such offences.
I have continued to work with members of the public and housing providers to identify addresses where vehicles are being stored, visit them and seize the motorbike or electric bike and prosecute the rider for any offences we can prove, resulting in the removal of 1 bike which was found in the communal area of shared accommodation.
Officers will continue to take robust action in relation to nuisance vehicles.

Anti-social behaviour
Issued 26 May 2026
All reports of ASB reported to police have been investigated robustly so that those who are responsible are quickly identified and dealt with appropriately.
To achieve this I engage with residents and businesses and housing providers along with completing house to house enquiries and checking CCTV.
We also work closely with local schools and parents and issue AS13s where possible.
We conduct regular foot and mobile patrols throughout the ward to deter further incidents and to provide reassurance to residents. We will conduct patrols according to the reports of any ASB and take positive action.
