A 28-year-old East Cleveland man who was arrested shortly after police attended a report of an on-going early morning attempted break in has been charged with two offences and was remanded to appear at court today.
A 17-year-old is now in a young offenders’ institution after he was convicted of theft of a vehicle and other offences.
