Action taken:
We attend regular meetings with business owners and RCBC to identify issues.
We utilise the Shop Link Radio system to assist businesses and deter and locate offenders.
We liaise with landlords of derelict properties to ensure they are kept safe and prevent ASB. -
Priority:
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) involving young people
Action taken:
We conduct daily foot patrols in the ward and every incident reviewed to identify further appropriate action.
We work closely with CCTV to identify and then visit youths involved in ASB and we have issued a large number of AS13s that trigger further work with RCBC and their Antisocial Behaviour Campaign There have been many people charged with offences in the town centre and we will look to put dispersal orders in place when required.
