Acting on information, officers attended at a property on Dormanstown and uncovered hundreds of plants inside.
At 5.35am on Sunday 25 August police were called to a break-in at a business premises on The Green in Billingham.
At 6.40pm on Sunday 25 August a man knocked on the door of a house on Bilsdale Road and when answered by the occupant the man then went on to sexually assault her before fleeing the property. Officers swiftly deployed to the area and conducted a thorough search.
The 27-year-old man was arrested by police on Saturday 24 August and following questioning he was charged the following day with grievous bodily harm, assault and assaulting an emergency worker.
The property on Monkland Close was granted closure at Teesside Magistrates Court on Thursday 22 August.
Louis McGrother appeared at Teesside Crown Court this afternoon (Friday 23 August) to be sentenced to 20 months for his part in the violent disorder.
