Enquiries to establish the cause of a fire in Hartlepool are ongoing, as police enquiries have led to the arrest of a 15-year-old boy.
The collision occurred on the roundabout at Easington Road on the A179 and West View Road.
The 26-year-old man was arrested and following questioning was subsequently charged with two rape offences, grooming and strangulation.
The 51-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday 8 October and transported to custody.
