A 42-year-old man has been charged by Hartlepool CID officers with burglary dwelling, theft and intimidation of a witness following two reported incidents in Hartlepool on Friday 24th and Sunday 26th January.

Officers carrying out plain clothed proactive patrols in Hartlepool stopped and searched three people overnight on Saturday 25th January.
